Payments

RussianBroadway.com accepts payments with all major Credit Cards and with PayPal. Available payment methods depends on payer's location and nationality. In some cases we also accept payments via phone. Available payment methods are shown on a booking page.

Electronic tickets 

On our website you can purchase e-tickets of the following types:

- e-tickets - issued after confirmation of the order by the theater during working hours - confirmation and issue of tickets can take up to 24 hours (in fact, 90% of tickets are issued within 1-2 hours after payment, and about 50% - within 15-20 minutes). After release, tickets are sent to the specified email and also become available in your personal account on the website.

- instant e-tickets - issued instantly after the payment. After release, tickets are sent to the specified email and also become available in your personal account on the website

Delivery of paper tickets

We offer you free delivery with your purchase. This can be:
- courier delivery to your hotel (your tickets will wait for you at the reception 1-2 days before the show)
- courier delivery to any place in St. Petersburg (train station, seaport, airport) at determined time. The courier will wait for you near the theatre with sign with your name on it. If you fail to be at determined time at determined place, we might not be able to refund your ticket
- courier delivery to your theatre right before the performance (the courier will wait for you near the theatre with sign with your name on it)
- postal delivery of paper tickets to your address. Please, allow up to 1 months to get your paper ticket by mail, if you live abroad
- online delivery of electronic tickets (available for selected shows and theatres only) - we will inform you by e-mail, if we are able to provide e-ticket to your performance

Pricing 

RussianBroadway.com is a ticket marketplace and delivery service, we do not set prices - they are set by theaters and theatrical agencies.

Discounts

In agreement with our partners, we provide a number of discounts to our customers: 

- Discount for early booking - the earlier you book, the cheaper you get tickets. Right before the performance, there are few tickets available, the demand for tickets is great, and the prices are therefore maximized
Discount for early booking is displayed for those performances for which it is applicable.
We recommend that you purchase tickets for the dates of interest as soon as you find them. Most likely they will be more expensive later. 

- Discount for the number of tickets - the more tickets you book at the same time, the cheaper you get tickets. 
Discount is displayed on the site as soon as you order a sufficient number of tickets to receive a discount (the minimum discount for the number of tickets is 5% and usually applies for the purchase of 10 tickets or more) 
In the general list of performances in the field "price from" prices are displayed with the maximum possible discount for the number of tickets. The performance page shows the current price for the selected number of tickets.
Please pay attention to the final price before payment. 

- Discounts with promo codes - if you received a special promotional code from us, you can use it and get an additional discount. Discounts on promo codes are combined with discounts for early booking. Keep in mind that discounts on promo codes are not summarized with discounts for the number of tickets. If you buy a large number of tickets and you have a promotional code - the largest discount is applied.
